Internal sales representative (m/f/d) Your tasks:

• Processing orders in the machines and accessories segment
• Customer relationship management / key account management
• Processing orders in the spare parts sales office
• Preparing customer quotations for spare parts, following up pending offers
• Processing / assisting with spare parts orders for area sales managers
• Scheduling spare parts and materials
• Ordering spare parts for specific orders
• Monitoring agreed delivery dates
• Checking incoming invoices (user-pays principle)
• Processing invoices for spare parts deliveries
• Responsible for the dunning process in your own customer base
• Handling warranties for spare parts distribution

Your application profile:

• You have several years of professional experience and are qualified as an industrial clerk (f/m/d)

You have a good knowledge of technology or have a technical qualification with a

commercial background

• Professional experience is desirable
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Strong quality consciousness and cost consciousness
• Good English skills
• Knowledge of the NAVISION software and confident use of MS Office are desirable
• Good at working independently and a quick learner
